New Look, Same Skipper

If you’ve spotted Jayson lately, you’ll notice the dreadlocks have officially arrived. Whether they’re a fashion statement, a time saver or just another way to scare the fish into biting, we’re rolling with it. Sun, salt and fish slime approved! 😉

Cod on the Line

Somewhere between the end of the year madness and a rare quiet moment on the water,

Jayson hooked onto some cracking cod! One of those fish that makes you slow everything down for a minute.

Solid fight, big smiles and a quick send-off back where it belongs. Moments like that never get old. 👌🏻It has been a bit quiet for the cod though since we got back from Chrissie…no flow in the Murray = no fish on the go. It has sucked!

Twinsmas Mayhem

Christmas this year came with extra volume. Twinsmas with our 15 month old godchildren delivered absolute cuteness in the best way! 👦🏻👧🏻 We had a dinner with Moe - one of the other godparents, and the twins and their parents - soooo fun! Wouldn’t change it for the world.

Bundalong Reset

Christmas in Bundalong gave us a chance to properly switch off. Family time, good food and the kind of laid-back days that remind you why a break is important. No rush, no schedules, just enjoying the moment. 

Catch Ups with the Good Ones

The break wouldn’t be complete without catching up with some of Kate’s Ladies with Tradies clients and mates who feel like part of the JUST DOON IT family. Big laughs and bigger plans with Vivid Coats, WhiteHouses & Carpentry, Bresolin Electrical, Virtual E, plus quality time with Mick and Hannah, Wal, Josh, Chels, Nath, Danni, Oz & the kids and the godkids keeping us entertained. ☺️

Why We Do It

Fishing is the reason we get up early, but it’s the people that make it worth it. The stories, the laughs, the shared moments and the memories that stick long after the trip is done. That’s what JUST DOON IT is all about.
