We’ve been booking in our 2027 Run Off trips in bulk, and we’ve only got a few spots left!

Darwin Cup Day at Dundee

We managed to sneak in a day away from the boat for Darwin Cup Day at Dundee with Anglers Choice, and what a day it was!

There were plenty of laughs, good company and, even better, we managed to have a few wins on the horses. You can’t complain about that!

And yes… the head gear definitely made an appearance. 😂

Getting the House Finished

Fishing has been a little slow lately, but that has meant Jayson has been able to put some serious time into the final touches on the home renovation.

We’re getting very close now and the place is looking great. Just a few more things to tick off before we pack up and head back down south in a few weeks!

A Big Thank You to the Legends

We also said goodbye to our Groundskeeper Whiskey, and we’re so grateful for all his help.

At 73 years young, the bloke spent four days fencing our property alongside our amazing neighbour Ian. What a bloody legend!

A special mention also goes to Tom Ryan, who came in and did some excavation work to help tidy everything up even further.

We really appreciate everyone who has lent a hand and helped us get the place looking schmick.

Back Down South Soon

And just like that, we’re only a few weeks away from heading back down south!

We’re looking forward to catching up with everyone, getting back into the swing of things and, of course, seeing what the fishing looks like down there.

Although… after spending all this time in the Top End, we’re not sure we’re ready for how bloody cold it’s going to be! 😂
